Charlotte specializes in supporting people navigating life transitions, identity exploration, grief and loss, and neurodiversity. She’s passionate about helping clients explore deeper questions around purpose, meaning, and what it means to live a fulfilling life.
Charlotte brings a grounded and compassionate presence to her work, drawing from her background in yoga and mindfulness practices, and creative expression. Her approach is collaborative and reflective and strives to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can feel fully seen. She’ll work with you to better understand how past experiences shape your current worldview and gently explore patterns that may no longer serve you. Much of her work centers around questions of belonging, self-acceptance, and how you relate to the world around you.
Charlotte is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at North Park University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Environment and Development, and is attuned to the emotional and existential weight of climate anxiety and its impact on mental health. This background informs her holistic and systems-oriented view of wellbeing.
Outside of the therapy room, Charlotte enjoys exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods, visiting art galleries, seeing live music, hiking, and traveling. She lives with her husband and their badly-behaved cat.
