Keith brings a wealth of life experience to his work as a clinician. With over 50 years of lived experience, including military service and owning a remodeling business, Keith offers a grounded and relatable perspective to those navigating life’s many challenges. He works with clients facing transitions, fatherhood, career concerns, grief, relationship struggles, addiction, and questions of meaning and purpose—always with deep empathy and respect.

Keith creates a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, accepted, and supported. He believes in the body and mind’s innate capacity to heal when nurtured in the right environment. With a focus on practical, effective coping strategies, Keith helps clients build resilience and move toward personal growth. He is especially passionate about the restorative power of authentic connection and how our culture often works against this. He is deeply committed to the power of authentic human connection and understands how difficult this can be for those shaped by unhealthy or disconnected environments.

Outside of work, Keith practices yoga, enjoys bike riding (especially with his daughter), hanging out with friends, being in nature, doing projects around the house and reading.
