Amanda Grabowy grew up in Arlington Heights and graduated from Northern Illinois University.  She has spent the last 10 years of her career working in Integrative medicine and loves helping people treat the whole body. She is compassionate, hardworking and enjoys supporting others.  

As the Administrative Director Amanda oversees the intake, billing, and administrative process. She strives to make the experience for new and returning clients as easy and efficient as possible. Amanda understands that starting therapy can be overwhelming and that therapy is not "one size, fits all". Amanda is more than happy to help clients figure out who the best fit for their individual needs might be. During onboarding Amanda spends hours connecting with new team members so she is able to make confident recommendations. She is also dedicated to helping current clients expand into new services or understand any billing/insurance concerns they may have. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, volunteering at her children's school and being outside.
