Sealia is a Graduate Intern Therapist at Pure Health Center who is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges—whether they’re navigating transitions, experiencing anxiety, working through depression, or simply seeking greater self-understanding. She believes that no concern is too small to bring into therapy and strives to create a safe, compassionate space for all clients.

Sealia’s approach emphasizes the importance of connection, trust, and collaboration in the healing process. She is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique story, and tailors her work to reflect their individual needs and goals. Clients appreciate Sealia’s ability to incorporate warmth, humor, and moments of lightness as part of the therapeutic process helping to foster deeper connection and process some of life’s most serious moments. She welcomes clients from all backgrounds and has a special passion for supporting fellow first-generation college students.  

Sealia is currently pursuing her M.Ed. in Community Counseling at Loyola University Chicago, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. In her free time, Sealia enjoys exploring Chicago with friends, attempting to master yoga (emphasis on attempting), and finding new TV shows to binge!
