Steve brings a grounded, person-centered approach to therapy,  with a focus on helping clients explore meaning, clarify values, and build sustainable paths toward personal growth. Originally from London and now based in Chicago, Steve works with adults navigating life transitions, workplace stress, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and the ongoing pursuit of purpose and connection.

Before entering the mental health field, Steve spent over two decades in the tech industry,​ specializing in team dynamics, talent selection, and mentoring. This background deeply informs​ his current work, especially with high-achieving professionals managing anxiety, burnout, and​ identity shifts. He is particularly skilled in supporting clients through conflict resolution and​ communication challenges, both personally and professionally.  His style is holistic, collaborative, and deeply attentive to the unique goals each client brings into the​ room. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to reconnect with your​ sense of direction, Steve creates a warm, respectful space to do the work. 

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Business Psychology, and is currently​ pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, painting, coffee, and exercise. He is a father to two young children, which also contributes to his perspective.
